随着我国社会的快速的发展,在我国已经完成了知识经济化时代的跨越,人力资源对于乡镇的发展中所发挥的作用显得越来越重要,但是在我国乡镇的人力资源管理培训系统还存在着很多的问题,比如体系发展不够健全,对于人力资源管理激励机制的认识还不够。本文针对乡镇人力资源管理的特点和发展趋势进行了详细的分析,并且对我国乡镇人力资源管理存在的问题进行了总结,针对相应的问题提出了改进的措施。
With the rapid development of our society, the leap in era of knowledge economy has been completed in our country. The human resources play an increasingly important role in the development of towns and villages. However, there are still some problems in our country’s human resources management training system A lot of problems, such as the imperfect system development, and insufficient understanding of the human resources management incentive mechanism. This paper analyzes the characteristics and development trend of township human resources management in detail, and summarizes the problems existing in the management of human resources in townships in our country, and puts forward the improving measures for the corresponding problems.
