淤地坝是黄土高原地区一项防治水土流失、充分利用水沙资源、变害为利、变荒沟为良田的重要工程措施。淤地坝规划中的建设时序安排是根据工程的作用与效益大小,考虑投资、施工条件状况等因素而做出的工程实施安排。具体的建坝时序会影响工程规模的大小及工程安全。本文通过一个工程实例,分别计算了2种建坝时序对工程规模的影响,最终得出在规划设计时应考虑建设时序对工程规模的影响,合理的制定建坝时序,还应对运行期内关键时段的防洪安全进行校核,正确确定坝系规模,否则会导致规模偏小,工程不安全。
Warping dams are important engineering measures for preventing and controlling soil and water loss, making full use of water and sediment resources, changing damage into profits, and changing wasteland into fertile land in the Loess Plateau. Warping dam planning construction scheduling is based on the role of the project and the size of benefits, taking into account investment, construction conditions and conditions and other factors made by the project implementation arrangements. The specific dam timing will affect the size of the project and project safety. In this paper, an engineering example is used to calculate the influence of two kinds of dam timing on the project scale respectively. Finally, the author concludes that the influence of construction timing on the project scale should be considered in the planning and design, and the dam timing should be rationally established. Period of flood control safety checks, the right to determine the dam system scale, otherwise it will lead to small-scale, unsafe works.
