近些年对于中小学教师胜任特征的研究已经形成了巨大的浪潮,研究涉及多个领域和多个学科,建构了多个胜任特征模型,取得了一定的成果。模型构建中编制了大量的胜任特征问卷。本文以硕、博学位论文为例,对其问卷的研制与使用情况做一个汇总,其中中小学教师方面的论文有7篇,中学教师的有11篇,小学教师的有2篇,初中教师的有2篇,高中教师的有4篇。这些问卷有良好的信度和效度,项目数量从23个到95个不等。
