目的:建立菝葜药材高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱鉴别方。方法:采用RP-HPLC,以Diamonsil-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱为分析柱,流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸水,梯度洗脱,流速0.6 mL·min-1,330 nm波长下测定菝葜、光叶菝葜的指纹图谱,并作相似度比较分析。结果:建立了菝葜药材HPLC指纹图谱共有模式,18个共有指纹峰被标定,并对菝葜与光叶菝葜药材的HPLC指纹图谱进行相似度比较,结果具有明显差异。结论:HPLC指纹图谱具有方法简便,重复性好,特征性强的特点,可用于菝葜药材的鉴别。
Objective: To establish the identification method of HPLC fingerprints of Chinese medicinal materials. METHODS: Diamonsil-C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used as the analytical column. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid and eluted with gradient elution at a flow rate of 0.6 mL · min-1,330 nm菝 葜, the light leaves 菝 葜 fingerprints, and comparative analysis of similarities. Results: The HPLC fingerprinting pattern was established and the fingerprint of 18 common fingerprints was calibrated. The similarity of HPLC fingerprints was compared with that of the medicinal materials of Radix Grifola fruticosa. The results showed significant differences. Conclusion: HPLC fingerprints have the advantages of simple, reproducible and characteristic features, which can be used to identify the medicinal materials.
