利用可靠性方法,通过限定的动载系数值,计算螺旋锥齿轮的齿距极限偏差,进而确定相应的精度,达到基本能预控轮式工程机械驱动桥主减速器的内部动载荷的目的。这种方法克服了常规设计中,工作平稳性精度选择的局限性缺点。文末还进行了实例计算。
The method of reliability is used to calculate the limit deviation of helical bevel gears by the limited value of dynamic load coefficient so as to determine the corresponding accuracy and to achieve the purpose of pre-controlling the internal dynamic load of the final drive gear wheel drive axle. This method overcomes the limitations of the conventional design, the choice of the work of the stability of the shortcomings of precision. The end of the article also conducted an example calculation.
