光合细菌(简称PSB)主要有荚膜红、沼泽红、球形菌、深红红螺菌等种类,它们以光和热为能源,利用有机物中的碳,同化其它营养进行生长繁殖。光合细菌营养成分非常丰富,蛋白质含量高达65%(干物质),同时它富含的类胡萝卜素是重要的微生物来源的天然红色素,国际上利用光合细菌发酵生产类胡萝卜素的研究已普遍引起重视。本试验旨在观察饮水中添加光合细菌对蛋鸡生产性能和鸡蛋品质的影响,为其生产性应用提供科学依据。
