针对9F级燃气—蒸汽联合循环汽轮机缸体的特性,提出了一套对汽缸不平衡进行评估的详细方法,通过实例阐述应用该方法评估和优选最佳的四大蒸汽管道设计的全过程,确保任何工况下汽缸接口的力和力矩不超标,同时也为汽轮机安装时高中压缸负荷分配工作提供了理论指导,保证了汽轮机的安全可靠运行。
Aiming at the characteristics of 9F gas-steam combined cycle turbine block, a set of detailed methods to evaluate cylinder unbalance is put forward. The whole process of evaluating and optimizing the best four steam pipelines applying this method is illustrated through examples. Under any conditions, the cylinder interface force and torque do not exceed the standard, at the same time, it also provides theoretical guidance for the load distribution of high and medium pressure cylinder when the turbine is installed, which ensures the safe and reliable operation of the steam turbine.
