[目的]提高糯稻秸秆的综合利用价值,并为活性炭的制备提供新的原材料。[方法]以氢氧化钾为活化剂,糯稻秸秆为原料制备活性炭。[结果]以糯稻秸秆制备活性炭的最佳工艺条件:活化剂浓度为2 mol/L,活化时间为60 min,活化温度为600℃,碳化温度为450℃,在此工艺条件下制备的糯稻秸秆活性炭的亚甲基蓝吸附值和碘吸附值分别为10.21ml/0.1 g和920.74 mg/g,制备出的活性炭吸附剂质量指标达到水质净化用活性炭二级品质标准。[结论]该研究为糯稻秸秆的综合利用和制备高性能活性炭的工艺提供了参考。
[Objective] The research aimed to improve the comprehensive utilization value of glutinous rice straw and provide new raw materials for the preparation of activated carbon. [Method] With potassium hydroxide as activator and glutinous rice straw as raw material, activated carbon was prepared. [Result] The optimal conditions for preparing activated carbon from glutinous rice straw were as follows: activator concentration of 2 mol / L, activation time of 60 min, activation temperature of 600 ℃ and carbonization temperature of 450 ℃. The glutinous rice straw prepared under these conditions The methylene blue adsorption value and the iodine adsorption value of activated carbon were 10.21ml / 0.1g and 920.74 mg / g, respectively. The prepared activated carbon adsorbent quality index reached the secondary quality standard of activated carbon for water purification. [Conclusion] The study provided a reference for the comprehensive utilization of glutinous rice straw and the preparation of high performance activated carbon.
