以高脂饮食制备肥胖大鼠模型和用寡核苷酸探针在下丘脑弓状核进行原位杂交检测,结果显示肥胖大鼠下丘脑弓状核瘦素受体mRNA和神经肽Y mRNA表达明显增加,提示可能为瘦素受体抵抗所致。
Obesity rat model was induced by high-fat diet and oligonucleotide probe was used for in situ hybridization in the hypothalamic arcuate nucleus.
