一、国外丙酮生产及消费目前,世界上丙酮的生产能力约为450万吨/年,其中72%以上的生产装置采用异丙苯法,10%左右的装置采用异丙醇法。目前全世界丙酮平均开工率在75%以下,其中异丙醇法工艺装置开工率较低(<30%),异丙苯法装置开工率均大于80%。美国是世界上最大的丙酮生产国,其产量约占世界丙酮总产量的42%,国外丙酮主要用作溶剂,其次是用于生产丙酮氰醇
