为了实施素质教育,全面提高学生的学习质量,提高课堂教学的效率,我们结合学习外地先进经验,探索了一条“班内分层教学”的新路子.所谓“班内分层教学”就是在不打乱原班级的情况下,通过对学生分层、教学内容分层,对不同层次的学生区别施教,进行分层递进教学.
