社会主义市场经济文化是社会主义先进文化的重要组成部分,立体式地看社会主义市场经济文化,它应该包括三个层面:外围层、核心层和内趋层。社会主义市场经济文化具有稳定整体性,开放包容性,地域特色性,开拓创新性等特点。如果说计划经济是传统文化的产物,那么社会主义市场经济的不完善则是经济发展与先进文化之间还有诸多方面的断裂即:经济活动与核心价值观的分裂;科技文化与人文文化的分裂;现代文化与传统文化的分裂;人自身的心灵与身体的分裂。深化社会主义市场经济体制改革,离不开社会主义市场经济文化建设与文化体制改革。具体表现在:将社会主义核心价值观的建设与现实的市场经济活动紧密联系起来,把马克思主义中国化、时代化、大众化建设推进到社会主义市场经济文化建设的新高度;加强人文关怀,实现科技文化与人文文化的良性对接;传承优秀的传统文化,在市场经济中创新发展现代文化;深化文化体制改革,让文化在产业转型升级中发挥应有的作用。
The socialist market economy and culture are an important part of the advanced socialist culture. The socialist market economy has the characteristics of stable integrity, openness and inclusiveness, geographical features and pioneering and innovativeness.
