本文观察了伤速康换药液的毒性作用，结果表明该换药液对完整及破损皮肤无急性毒性和过敏反应，对眼亦无刺激作用，浓缩2倍和未经浓缩换药液给药80d，对体重、心、肝、脾、肺及肾无明显影响，小鼠以500倍人体外用量灌胃未见死亡，结果提示伤速康换药液为一安全无毒的局部伤口愈合剂。 This article observes the toxic effects of Shang Su Kang dressing changing solution. The results show that the dressing solution has no acute toxicity and allergic reaction to intact and damaged skin, and has no stimulatory effect on the eyes. It is concentrated twice and administered without concentrated dressing solution. At 80 days, there was no significant effect on body weight, heart, liver, spleen, lungs and kidneys. Mice were killed by intragastric administration at a dose of 500 times. The results suggest that Shang Suikang dressing is a safe and non-toxic topical wound healing agent. .
