针对在变风量空调系统中设备数量众多,安装方式复杂,采用有线布线方案实施麻烦,系统可扩展性差等现状,提出了一种由485总线和ZigBee无线技术相结合的VAV空调能耗数据采集系统。本系统采用了Modbus协议,以C51单片机为内核,CC2530作为射频传输芯片。详细介绍了该系统的结构、软硬件的设计、底层硬件设备的选择及ZigBee节点的连接与实现方法。并成功地应用到西安建筑科技大学智能建筑研究所的VAV空调系统中。实现了能耗数据采集系统的智能化、信息化、高可靠性及安装简单、易于维护的目标,取得了明显的成效。
Aiming at the current situation that there is a large number of equipments in VAV air conditioning system, complicated installation methods, the implementation of wired cabling solutions and the poor scalability of the system, a VAV air conditioning energy consumption data acquisition system combining 485 bus and ZigBee wireless technology . This system has adopted Modbus agreement, takes C51 one-chip computer as the kernel, CC2530 as the radio frequency transmission chip. Details the structure of the system, the design of hardware and software, the choice of the underlying hardware and the connection and implementation of ZigBee nodes. And successfully applied to Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology Institute of Intelligent Building VAV air-conditioning system. Achieved the energy consumption data acquisition system, intelligent, informatization, high reliability and easy installation, easy to maintain the goal and achieved remarkable results.
