随着电力企业改革步伐的不断加快,电力企业管理领域出现了前所未有的新局面,如电力市场的建立、电力企业的垄断地位开始动摇等,而这些都对电力企业的管理提出了更高、更新的要求。基于电力商品的特殊性,从优质服务策略对电力市场营销进行分析。在此基础上,对广东省电力系统与广东省电力集团和其部分下属企业加以实际调研,对电力市场营销的优质服务问题做出具体的讨论。
