人力资源是高职院校最宝贵的资源,高职院校之间的竞争实质上就是人力资源的竞争。当前高职教师人力资源管理的瓶颈就在于缺乏一种紧扣高职教师特性,体现教育管理学、教育伦理学等多种价值标准的管理理论基础,以及由此建立的管理方法。本文旨在对此进行探索,通过归纳高职教师人力资源的特性,进行基于教师职业生涯发展管理和学校战略实施的高职教师人力资源管理研究。
Human resources are the most valuable resources of higher vocational colleges. The competition among higher vocational colleges is essentially the competition of human resources. At present, the bottleneck of human resource management in higher vocational teachers lies in the lack of a management theory that closely matches the characteristics of higher vocational teachers, embodies many values of education management and education ethics, and the management methods established by them. This paper aims to explore this, by inducting the characteristics of human resources in higher vocational teachers, vocational teachers based on teacher career development management and implementation of the strategy of human resources management research.
