为探讨卟啉试剂之结构与其金属离子配合物光度性能之间的关系,对新合成的三种羟基苯卟吩衍生物与金属离子Pb(Ⅱ)的络合反应及其光度性能分别作了研究和比较.实验表明,T-(2-HP)P、T-(3-HP)P、T-(3,4-dHP)P与Pb(Ⅱ)所形成的配合物具有很高的灵敏度和稳定性,它们与Pb(Ⅱ)反应的工作曲线的线性范围分别为0—1μg/ml、0—0.72μg/ml、0—0.56μg/ml,表观摩尔吸光系数依次为2.11×10~5、2.60×10~5、1.08×10~5L.mol-1.cm-1.所拟方法具有良好的重现性。本文最后还就试剂结构对某些反应性能的影响作了初步的讨论。
In order to explore the relationship between the structures of porphyrin reagents and the photometric properties of their metal ion complexes, the complexation reaction and photometric properties of three new hydroxybenzene porphin derivatives with metal ions Pb (Ⅱ) were studied respectively The results show that the complex formed by T (2-HP) P, T- (3-HP) P and T- (3,4-dHP) P and Pb The linear range of their working curves for the reaction with Pb (Ⅱ) was 0-1μg / ml, 0-0.72μg / ml and 0-0.56μg / ml respectively. The apparent molar absorptivities were 2.11 × 10-5 , 2.60 × 10 ~ 5, 1.08 × 10 ~ 5L.mol-1.cm-1. The proposed method has good reproducibility. Finally, this paper also discussed the effect of reagent structure on some reaction properties.
