目的观察温度和相对湿度对硫酰氟熏蒸灭鼠效果的影响。方法试验在模拟熏蒸箱内进行,均匀设计实验方案,通过单因素和多因素分析判断温度、湿度和剂量对硫酰氟熏蒸灭鼠效果的影响。结果单因素分析显示硫酰氟剂量和温度影响灭鼠效果,剂量从0.750g/m3增至0.892g/m3,鼠死亡率从30%升至70%;不同湿度(25%~85%)鼠死亡率差异无统计学意义;均匀设计多因素分析显示相对湿度、剂量与小鼠的死亡率有关,以小鼠的死亡率为应变量,温度、相对湿度和剂量为自变量,进行二次型回归分析,得回归方程:P=-0.00839H+1.03677D。结论硫酰氟熏蒸灭鼠效果好,在实际工作中,应根据湿度和温度变化科学调整熏蒸时的投药剂量。
Objective To observe the effects of temperature and relative humidity on the fumigation of rats with thionyl fluoride fumigation. Methods The experiment was carried out in a simulated fumigation chamber, and the experimental protocol was designed uniformly. The effects of temperature, humidity and dose on the fumigation of mice with sulfuryl fluoride were determined by single factor and multi-factor analysis. Results Univariate analysis showed that the dose and temperature of sulfuryl fluoride affected the anti-rodent effect. The dose increased from 0.750g / m3 to 0.892g / m3 and the mortality of mice increased from 30% to 70%. Rats with different humidity (25% ~ 85% There was no significant difference in mortality between the two groups. Uniform design and multivariate analysis showed that relative humidity and dose were related to the mortality of mice. Conclusion Sulfuryl fumigation fumigation rodent control effect is good, in practice, should be based on changes in humidity and temperature scientifically adjust the dosage when fumigation.
