目的:观察逍遥散加减联合西药治疗月经不调肝郁气滞证的临床疗效。方法:选取112例月经不调肝郁气滞证患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组56例。观察组采用逍遥散加减联合西药治疗,对照组单纯使用西药治疗。治疗3个月经周期后评估临床疗效,观察治疗前后患者血清雌二醇(E_2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)水平,记录用药期间发生的不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率89.29%,对照组总有效率71.43%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组E_2水平均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),FSH及LH水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);观察组的E_2水平比对照组升高更明显(P<0.05);2组FSH及LH水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组药物不良反应发生率5.36%(3/56),对照组药物不良反应发生率3.57%(2/56),2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:逍遥散加减联合西药治疗能有效改善月经不调肝郁气滞证患者的临床症状,调节性激素水平,药物不良反应少。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiaoyao San combined with western medicine in treatment of irregular menstruation liver qi stagnation syndrome. Methods: 112 cases of irregular menstruation liver qi stagnation syndrome patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 56 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with Xiaoyaosan plus western medicine and the control group with Western medicine alone. The clinical efficacy was evaluated after 3 menstrual cycles. The levels of serum estradiol (E2), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) were observed before and after treatment. The adverse reactions during the treatment were recorded. Results: The total effective rate was 89.29% in the observation group and 71.43% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of E2 in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P <0.05), while the levels of FSH and LH were lower than those before treatment (P <0.05) ). There was no significant difference in FSH and LH levels between the two groups (P> 0.05). The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was 5.36% (3/56), and the incidence of adverse drug reactions in the control group was 3.57% (2/56). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Xiaoyao San combined with Western medicine treatment can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with irregular menstruation and liver qi stagnation syndrome, regulate sex hormone levels and less adverse drug reactions.
