近年来随着我国经济的蓬勃发展,现代人生活水平的提高和环境意识的增强,人们对生活质量要求也越来越高,对舒适度的需求和给排水的要求也逐渐增大与增加。给排水工程是建筑设备工程的重要组成部分,也是影响建筑使用质量的重要因素,加强油田矿区给排水工程监理工作,优质的安装施工质量和科学的管理是高效安全的必要条件。给排水管道施工造价控制贯穿于项目建设全过程,但关键在于施工前的设计阶段和投资决策阶段,施工质量的好坏将直接影响到给排水系统的正常运行,提高油田矿区给排水工程施工技术和施工质量。长期以来,人们普遍忽视给排水管道施工的造价控制,往往控制造价的主要精力放在施工阶段很少考虑投入资金,很少考虑给排水管道施工的齐全、经济适。因此必须严格保证效率,进一步提高给排水管道系统的合理与完善。本文对油田矿区给排水管道施工造价全过程控制进行简要的探讨和分析。

Water supply and drainage engineering is an important part of construction equipment engineering, but also an important factor affecting the quality of construction. Enhancing the supervision of water supply and drainage works in oilfield mines, high quality installation and construction quality and scientific management are the necessary conditions for efficient and safe operation. The construction cost control of water supply and drainage pipe runs through the whole process of project construction, but the key lies in the design stage and investment decision-making stage before construction. The quality of construction will directly affect the normal operation of water supply and drainage system and improve the construction technology of water supply and drainage works in oil fields And construction quality. For a long time, people generally neglected the cost control of water supply and drainage pipelines, and the main effort to control the costs was rarely put into consideration in the construction stage. The investment in drainage pipelines was seldom considered and the economy was suitable. Therefore, we must strictly ensure the efficiency and further improve the reasonableness and improvement of the water supply and drainage pipe system. This paper briefly discusses and analyzes the whole process control of construction cost of water supply and drainage pipelines in oilfield mining area.
