目的 探讨不同途径换血对新生儿高胆红素血症内环境影响的研究。方法 3 1例分为两条途径 ,桡动脉 -脉静脉 ,桡动脉 -外周静脉 ,换血前后分别检查胆红素、电解质、血糖。结果 两条途径换血前后胆红素对比有显著降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,两组之间无差别 (P >0 .0 5 )。钠、钾、氯、钙换血前后以及两组间均无差别 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但血糖换血后明显升高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 采用外周动静脉同步换血治疗高胆红素血症对内环境无影响 ,方法简单方便
Objective To investigate the different ways of transfusion of blood on neonatal hyperbilirubinemia, the impact of the environment. Method 3 1 case is divided into two ways, radial artery - veins, radial - peripheral veins, before and after transfusions were examined bilirubin, electrolytes, blood glucose. Results The bilirubin of the two ways before and after transfusions was significantly lower (P <0.01), with no difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Sodium, potassium, chloride and calcium before and after the exchange of blood as well as between the two groups were no difference (P> 0.05), but after blood glucose transfusion increased significantly (P <0.01). Conclusions The treatment of hyperbilirubinemia by peripheral arteriovenous exchange transfusion with no effect on the internal environment, the method is simple and convenient
