Patients, female, 46 years old, because of pale, dizzy, anorexia for six months, increased in January with general inability to hospital. Physical examination: severe anemia appearance. No bleeding spots on the skin and mucous membranes, systemic superficial lymph nodes to palpable increase. Apex area can be heard and Ⅱ grade hair-like systolic murmur. Liver and spleen not palpable. No bone tenderness. laboratory
