用缺锌的纷砂壤质褐土为盆栽试验基质进行大豆氮锌营养研究。结果表明,施锌对大豆有增产作用;氮锌配施,效果更显著。植株锌浓度和吸锌量与施锌量呈正相关,锌的分布是叶>籽粒>荚皮>茎。配施锌肥后有助于叶部锌向籽粒转移。地上部氮(浓度和吸氮量均与施销量呈显著线性正相关,配施锌肥后籽粒氮的份额比单施氮处理高18.5一27.2%,主要是锌促进了叶部蛋白质向籽粒转移的结果。大豆磷锌拮抗现象不明显,而是锌有助于叶部磷向籽粒转移,比对照高出近一倍。
