《数学课程标准(实验稿)》指出:学生“初步学会从数学的角度提出问题、理解问题,并能综合运用所学的知识和技能解决问题,发展应用意识”。培养学生提出问题和解决问题的能力,首先应培养学生的问题意识。学生问题意识的形成,需要经历一个从敢问到爱问再到善问的过程。教师只有主动地为学生提出问题、解决问题创造条件,才能促进学生养成善于质疑的习惯,进而提高学生从数学角度提出问题的能力。爱因斯坦曾经说过“:提出一个问题比解决一个问题更重要。”因为解决
