2007年是我国实行年所得超过12万元者自行纳税申报的第一年。4月,国家税务总局表示,今年首次实施的个人所得税申报,带动了个税收入的大幅增长,共补缴税款19.05亿元。全国年所得在12万元以上个人自行纳税申报人数达到1628706人。这些人的人均年所得达到31万多元。
The year 2007 is the first year for self-tax declaration of over 120,000 yuan in China’s annual income. In April, the State Administration of Taxation said that the declaration of personal income tax, first implemented this year, has led to a substantial increase in individual income tax, with a total amount of 1.905 billion yuan refunded. The national annual income of more than 12 million individuals to declare the number of tax returns to 1,628,706 people. The per capita annual income of these people has reached more than 310,000 yuan.
