2002年是中国“入世”的第一年,也是上海继“十五”良好开局之后的持续发展年。坚持“以质取胜”,继续加快城市绿化建设进程是今年的工作重点。按照“十五”发展计划,上海城市绿化建设必须在扩大总量的基础上,对照国际国内的先进水准,重在提高绿化的生态景观功能,尤其在优化绿地结构、丰富植物品种、合理绿地布周和提高管理能效国个方面做到“有所作为”,走出一条具有上海特色的“以质取胜”的绿化发展
