采用紫外光谱,荧光光谱研究了6种新型的具有抗菌活性的稀土-异亮氨酸-邻菲咯啉三元配合物[RE(Ile)3PhenCl3.4H2O,RE=La、Eu、Sm、Nd、Y、Yb]与小牛胸腺(CT-DNA)的作用机理,研究表明,三元配合物与CT-DNA的作用方式为嵌入作用。这一研究结果为稀土配合物在农牧业作为动植物的广谱抗菌剂方面的应用提供了理论依据,有利于进一步研究稀土抗菌剂的药学机理,进而筛选出高疗效的稀土药物。
Six novel rare earth-isoleucine-phenanthroline ternary complexes [RE (Ile) 3PhenCl3.4H2O with RE = La, Eu, Sm, Nd and RE have been studied by UV and fluorescence spectroscopy. Y, Yb] and calf thymus (CT-DNA). The results show that the mode of interaction between ternary complex and CT-DNA is embedding. The results of this study provide a theoretical basis for the application of rare earth complexes in the broad-spectrum antibacterial agents of agriculture and animal husbandry as animals and plants, which is conducive to the further study of the pharmaceutical mechanism of rare earth antibacterial agents and further screening of highly effective rare earth drugs.
