本文对一组25～35岁健康志愿者分别使用0.1～0.8毫克阿托品,评价它对窦房结和房室结的药理作用,其结果如下表: 阿托品为迷走神经拮抗剂,在静注后25秒钟即起作用,高峰时间为2～3分钟。已证实副交感神经兴奋可使窦房率减少,房室传导时间延长。副交感神经被药物阻滞则引起窦房率增加和房室传导时间缩短。
