2-(5-溴-2吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙氨基苯酚(5-Br-PADAP)是光度法测定钒的灵敏显色剂,而钒和5-Br-PADAP配合物的极谱催化波却未见报导。我们发现在稀硫酸介质中,V(V)-S-Br-PADAP-H_O_2-NaClO_3体系于-0.3V左右钒产生一个极灵敏的催化波,波形尖锐,对称,稳定。钒浓度在5.5×10~(-8)M-2.2×10~(-6)M间与催化电流呈线性关系本文对该催化波的性质进行了初步探讨,对影响催化波的诸因素进行了试验。用拟定的分析手续对地矿部化探标样进行测定,结果是令人满意的。
Bromo-2-pyridylazo-5-diethylaminophenol (5-Br-PADAP) is a sensitive reagent for the spectrophotometric determination of vanadium, and the polarographic spectrum of vanadium and 5-Br-PADAP complexes Catalytic wave has not been reported. We found that the V (V) -S-Br-PADAP-H_O_2-NaClO_3 system produces a very sensitive catalytic wave of vanadium in the dilute sulfuric acid medium at -0.3 V with a sharp, symmetrical and stable waveform. The vanadium concentration has a linear relationship with the catalytic current in the range of 5.5 × 10 -8 M-2.2 × 10 -6 M. In this paper, the properties of the catalytic wave were discussed. The factors affecting the catalytic wave were studied test. With the proposed analytical procedures for the geochemical exploration standard samples were determined, the results are satisfactory.
