1985-1987年,我们对黄山、芜湖、马鞍山、青阳、当涂、凤阳等15个县(市),30个林场和公园的黑松、马尾松等树种进行了调查,共取样200份。按迪曼公式进行虫体测计及形态特征描述,经鉴定确认为拟松材线虫Bursaphelenchus mucronatus。又据对松褐天牛解剖分离的线虫进行尾部观察和尾刺长度测量,亦属于同一种类。分离结果说明,大部分县(市)均有该线虫发生,尤以芜湖市的赭山公园、当涂县的围屏山、青山林场、马鞍山市的采石公园等处发生量最大,以黑松样为例,每克木材含线
