金属矿山使用固定式矿车、箕斗装运开采矿物时,普遍发生矿物粘结问题,在一定程度上影响运矿工效和产量。目前大多采用震动式和挖掘式的机械清车机(器)来清理矿车。在近代电泳技术启示下,我矿参考学习了煤矿经验,于1978年4月自制电渗式清车器进行清理金属矿物粘结的试验,并按照坑下作业条件改进清车器的结构操作,使它在生产中发挥作用。经过一年时间试验运用,初步认为是一项有效可行的清车技术。
