1 病例摘要患女,45岁,因齿龈出血头晕乏力一月余伴低热,活动后心悸气急二周入院。有苯接触史14年,其间出现白细胞减少,最低至1.3×10~9/L,经治疗曾上升至3.0×10~9/L,近6年未再与苇接触。查体:轻度贫血貌,躯干有针尖大出血点3～4个,左膝关节外侧有瘀斑局部压痛,全身浅表淋巴结未触及,心肺(-)肝脾肋下未触及。实验室检查:Hb80g/L,RBC2.5×10~(12)/L,WBC3.45×10~9/L,分类见原粒 1 case summary suffering from women, aged 45, due to gingival bleeding, dizziness, fatigue for one month with fever, palpitation after activity two weeks admitted to hospital.
