陈云同志一贯重视经济建设中提高经济效益问题。他批评一些经济工作者思想上没有“利润”概念的倾向,认为“这是大少爷办经济,不是企业家办经济。”(《陈云文选》第3卷第246页。以下凡引此书只注页码)1982年在五届人大五次会议上的一次谈话中,他再次强调:“我们有些地方是大少爷办企业,没有时间概念,没有利润概念。……搞经济工作,没有时间概念,没有利润概念,是不行的。”(第319—320页)时间概念就是要求时间的节约,利润概念就是要求企业必须产出大于投入,重视盈利。陈云同志在这段话里阐述了速度与效
Comrade Chen Yun has always attached importance to raising economic efficiency in economic construction. He criticized the tendency of some economic workers not to have the concept of “profit” ideologically, saying that “this is the operation of the economy by the young and the masters, not by the entrepreneurs.” (“Selected Works of Chen Yun,” Vol 3, page 246.) In a speech at the Fifth Plenary Session of the Fifth National People’s Congress in 1982, he emphasized once again: “In some places, we are run by large and young people, and there is no concept of time and no profit.” In economic work, there is no concept of time, No profit concept. "(Pp. 319-320) The notion of time is the saving of time, and the notion of profit requires that firms must produce more than they invest and profit. Comrade Chen Yun expounded the speed and effectiveness in this passage
