通过对60对合金钢调质齿轮的接触疲劳寿命试验的分析处理,得出齿轮的三种随机变量(寿命、强度应力)最佳分布类型和可能分布类型。这就为齿轮进行高可靠性精确设计提供了基础和依据。
By analyzing and processing the contact fatigue life test of 60 pairs of quenched and tempered steel alloy gears, the optimal distribution types and possible distribution types of three kinds of random variables (life and strength stress) of gear are obtained. This provides a basis for accurate gear design and high reliability.
