目的 探讨C -myc和p73蛋白在非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)组织中的表达及临床意义。方法 NSCLC4 0例 ,用免疫组化二步法检测组织标本中C -myc和p73蛋白的表达 ,并进行相关分析。结果 C -myc和p73蛋白在肺癌组织中的表达分别与在肺癌淋巴结转移癌组织中的表达差异均无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ;在肺癌组织中的表达分别与在肺支气管粘膜上皮不典型增生的表达比较差异均有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ;C -myc蛋白在肺癌淋巴结转移癌组织中的表达与肺支气管粘膜上皮不典型增生中的表达差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ,p73蛋白在上述两组的表达比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。C -myc和p73蛋白在肺鳞癌与腺癌的同类癌蛋白阳性表达之间比较差异均无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。C -myc和p73蛋白在肺癌中高、中、低分化阳性表达 ,差异均无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。伴有淋巴结转移的肺癌组织中蛋白阳性表达与无淋巴结转移的肺癌组织蛋白阳性表达比较 :C -myc阳性表达的差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ;p73蛋白阳性表达的差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。癌蛋白表达间的相关性 :C -myc与p73两者具有相关性 (rn=0 .6 5 37,P <0 0 1)。结论 C-myc和p73表达上调均可能是NSCLC发生的重要因素 ;在肺癌发生、发展中C -myc和p73具有协同作用 ,推测两者具有诱
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of C-myc and p73 proteins in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods NSCLC 40 cases, two-step immunohistochemical detection of tissue samples C-myc and p73 protein expression, and correlation analysis. Results The expressions of C-myc and p73 protein in lung cancer tissues were not significantly different from those in lung cancer tissues (P> 0.05). The expressions of C-myc and p73 protein in lung cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in lung bronchial epithelium The expression of C -myc protein in lymph node metastasis of lung cancer was not significantly different from that in atypical hyperplasia of bronchial epithelial mucosa (P> There was a significant difference in the expression of p73 between the two groups (P <0.05). There were no significant differences in the positive expression of C-myc and p73 between the squamous cell carcinomas and adenocarcinomas (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in the expression of C-myc and p73 in high, moderate and poorly differentiated lung cancer (P> 0.05). The positive expression of protein in lung cancer with lymph node metastasis and non-lymph node metastasis of lung cancer tissue protein expression: C -myc positive expression was no significant difference (P> 0.05); p73 protein expression was significantly different (P <0 05). Correlation between oncoprotein expression: C -myc was associated with both p73 (rn = 0.676, P <0.01). Conclusion The up-regulation of both C-myc and p73 may play an important role in the development of NSCLC. C-myc and p73 have a synergistic effect on the occurrence and development of lung cancer.
