红土镍矿原矿性质及其对直接还原焙烧的影响机理

以两种红土镍矿为研究对象,通过光学显微镜、电子显微镜、X射线衍射等手段对试样进行了分析,对比其异同点,并进行选择性还原焙烧实验,研究红土矿原矿性质对其还原焙烧的影响.结果发现,两种试样所含主要矿物相同,载镍矿相同,镍在原矿中分布规律也相似,但由于Fe、Si和Mg含量的差异造成其选择性还原焙烧-磁选结果有很大差异.其原因可能是焙烧过程中铁、镁、钙等阳离子和硅氧离子形成不同硅酸盐,影响了焙烧矿的熔融性和镍的反应活性. Two kinds of laterite nickel ore were taken as the research object, the samples were analyzed by optical microscope, electron microscope and X-ray diffraction. The similarities and differences were compared and selective reduction roasting experiments were conducted to study the properties of the laterite ore. The results show that the two samples contain the same main minerals, the same nickel-bearing ore and the similar distribution of nickel in the ore. However, due to the difference of the content of Fe, Si and Mg, the selective reduction roasting-magnetic separation The results are quite different, probably due to the formation of different silicates of iron, magnesium, calcium and other cations and silicate ions in the calcination process, affecting the fusibility of roasted ore and the reactivity of nickel.
