本文应用灰色系统理论探讨手工焊焊接接头HAZ粗晶区的断裂行为.通过对母材和三种焊接HAZ粗晶区试样(1号,2号,3号)的关联分析,得到了r_2>r_1>r_3.这表明2号(5kcal/cm)试样与母材(0号)最为接近,即韧性最佳,而1号(3kcal/cm)试样其次,3号(7kcal/cm)最差.这与显微分析相一致.此外,在本实验的条件下,表明关联度r_1比δ_1或dδ/da中的任何一个指标更能全面地反映焊接HAZ的断裂行为,并可对阻力曲线进行定量分析.
