目的:观察中小学生群体的心理健康状态。方法:采用分层二阶段整群抽样的原则,抽样得到3个省份的5421名中小学生作为该心理健康状况的调查对象。采用症状自评量表SCL-90对中小学生进行心理健康状态调查。结果:女生多数因子及总得分均高于男生。年级越高,心理健康状态越差。重点学校学生的各项得分均显著高于普通学校学生,普通学校学生的学习成绩越差,心理问题越严重。各项心理健康状态因子得分和总得分在城乡之间的差异均有统计性意义,农村学生的心理问题更严重。结论:学生作为特殊群体,其心理素质教育仍需进一步完善,有针对性得为不同类型的学生提供有个性化的心理咨询服务。
Objective: To observe the mental health of primary and secondary school students. Methods: According to the principle of stratified two-stage cluster sampling, 5421 primary and secondary school students in three provinces were selected as the survey subjects of mental health status. Self-rating Symptom Scale SCL-90 was used to investigate the mental health status of primary and secondary school students. Results: The majority of female students and the total score were higher than boys. The higher grades, the worse mental health. The scores of key school students were significantly higher than those of ordinary school students. The worse the academic performance of ordinary school students, the more serious psychological problems. All mental health status scores and total scores in urban and rural areas are statistically significant differences between the psychological problems of rural students more serious. Conclusion: As a special group of students, their psychological quality education needs to be further improved, and targeted to provide different types of students with personalized psychological counseling services.
