支原体肺炎在小儿肺炎中最为常见,近年来有逐渐增高的趋势,因此探讨治疗小儿肺炎的最佳方法极为重要.我们选择住院患儿48例,分别采用阿奇霉素和红霉素治疗并加以比较,从而找出治疗小儿支原体肺炎的首选药.现将结果报告如下.
