通过热力计算,对低负荷下后屏过热器超温现象进行分析后认为,低负荷下后屏过热器发生超温问题的主要原因是由于锅炉固有的结构不适应低负荷工况、烟气流速偏低以及蒸汽冷却能力下降,提出解决后屏过热器超温爆管的技术措施。
After thermodynamic calculation, the over-temperature phenomenon of rear screen superheater under low load is analyzed.
