当前,大多数单位党员教育工作能够正常进行,做到一手抓经济,一手抓党建;一手抓物质文明建设,一手抓精神文明建设。但少数单位也存在着党员教育工作难的问题。其具体表现:一是单位领导不重视,认为党员教育工作可有可无,无关大局;二是党员教育活动不好组织,时间、经费和人员均得不到保证,“三会一课”和基层党校办班也坚持得不好,不能按规定进行,三是许多党员对教育内容不感兴趣,学习只是应付而已。
