网络侵权是指一切发生在互联网空间的各种侵害他人民事权益的行为。目前,网络侵权的现象日益严重,在电子商务中,经营者及网络服务提供者对消费者的侵权现象也时有发生,受害范围比较广泛是这些现象的主要特点。如何控制电子商务中的侵权问题是需要探讨的重要课题。
Internet infringement refers to all kinds of violations of other people’s civil rights and interests that occur in the Internet space. At present, the phenomenon of network infringement is worsening day by day. In e-commerce, infringements of consumers and operators and network service providers occur from time to time. The wide range of victimization is the main feature of these phenomena. How to control infringement in e-commerce is an important issue to be explored.
