对3个红花草莓杂交组合:粉公主×哈尼、俏佳人×哈尼和粉公主×俏佳人后代不同花色花瓣开展花色测定、特征显色反应及紫外-可见光谱扫描分析,分析红花草莓不同花色杂交后代花瓣成色物质基础。结果表明,红花草莓杂交后代花色显著分离,呈近白色到红色变化,花色深浅变化明显,成色物质有花青素苷和黄酮类色素,不含有类胡萝卜素;同时,获得一大批不同花色红花草莓群体。研究为红花草莓花瓣中花青素苷成分进一步分离和鉴定奠定基础,为阐明不同花色红花草莓形成机理提供理论依据。
