健康人肺弥散量的测定,目前在我国尚不能广泛开展。以传统的方法制定该生理常数,因为影响因素较多,在实际应用中尚存在一些问题。本文的目的在于探讨影响健康人肺弥散量的因素,并探讨以多元回归分析制订该项生理数值的可行性。应用西德耶格厂生产的肺功能测定仪对265例健康人进行测试。具体指标;T_(cosB)(一氧化碳弥散量);K_(cosB)(一氧化碳弥散系数)。被测试者年龄20~70岁,平均39.42岁。男女比例为8:2。结果表明:(1)影响T_(cosB)的因素有性别、年龄、身高、体重;影响K_(cosB)的因素有年龄、职业和吸烟。(2)以诸影响因素为自变量制定二项生理常数的多元回归方程式:T_(cosB)=7.32+2.3(性别)-0.10(年龄)+0.01(身高)+0.09(体重)r=0.78,SD=1.8,P<0.001;K_(cosB)=3.06-0.02(年龄)+0.17(职业)-0.001(吸烟年支数)r=0.534,SD=0.54,P<0.001。
Determination of healthy human lung dispersion, at present in our country can not yet be widely carried out. The traditional way to develop the physiological constant, because more factors, there are still some problems in practical application. The purpose of this article is to explore the factors that affect healthy people’s diffuse lung volume and explore the feasibility of using multivariate regression analysis to develop the physiological value. 265 healthy people were tested using the lung function tester manufactured by the West Germany plant. Specific indicators; T_ (cosB) (carbon monoxide dispersion); K_ (cosB) (carbon monoxide dispersion coefficient). The subjects were aged 20 to 70 years, an average of 39.42 years old. The ratio of men to women is 8: 2. The results showed that: (1) The factors influencing cosine B were gender, age, height and weight; the factors affecting K cos (cos) were age, occupation and smoking. (2) The multiple regression equation of two physiological constants was established by using the influencing factors as independent variables: T cosB = 7.32 + 2.3 sex -0.10 age +0.01 height +0.09 body weight r = 0.78, SD = 1.8, P <0.001; K cosii = 3.06-0.02 (age) +0.17 (occupational) -0.001 (smoking year count) r = 0.534, SD = 0.54, P <0.001.
