日本佐贺县栽培渔业中心先后于76年、78年、81年分别对红海胆、绿海胆和紫海胆的种苗生产进行了研究。目前该中心大约可生产红海胆种苗150万个及100万个左右的绿海胆种苗,均分给各渔业团体作为中间培育,放流及养殖用苗种。紫海胆目前还处于种苗生产试验阶段,但81年已生产出壳径约3mm的稚海胆100万个,其中部分苗种已用于中间培育,今后也将可大量进行生产。以下就三种海胆的种苗生产、中间培育及养殖方法做个简单的介绍。
Japan Saga Prefecture Cultivated and Fishery Center has conducted researches on seed production of red sea urchin, green sea urchin and purple sea urchin in 76, 78 and 81 years respectively. At present, the center can produce about 1,500,000 red sea urchins and 1 million green sea urchin seedlings, all of which are distributed to all fishery groups as intermediate breeding, releasing and raising seedlings. Purple sea urchins are still in the pilot stage of seedling production. However, 1 million sea urchins of about 3 mm in shell diameter have been produced in 81 years. Some of the seedlings have been used for intermediate cultivation and large-scale production will be possible in the future. The following three types of sea urchin seedling production, breeding and breeding methods to be a simple introduction.
