介绍了某弯管的五轴加工工艺过程及五轴数控编程中的关键技术。其中对内孔曲面、侧壁、底座上表面的刀轨设置思路及关键技术进行了详细阐述。同时对可变轮廓铣、固定轮廓铣加工策略的驱动方法、投影矢量、刀轴设置等参数进行了解析。在加工内孔加工刀路时设置重叠驱动面避免刀痕产生,在设置底座表面刀路时选用底座轮廓线为驱动流线,将刀具倾角为90°,实现利用端铣刀的侧刃加工底座表面,大大地提高了零件加工效率和表面质量。经试制采用该工艺方案和编程技术,加工出的零件达到设计和精度要求。
The five-axis machining process and the key technology of five-axis CNC programming are introduced.
