目的 :调查以积极心理学理念为指导的团体心理干预改善低年资护士的主观幸福感和工作满意度的应用效果。方法 :成立心理干预小组,制订4个阶段训练计划并在整个活动期间实施基于积极心理学的团体心理干预方案;干预前及干预结束后对两组护士运用总体幸福感量表和护士工作满意度量表进行调查。结果 :干预后干预组主观幸福感总分(90.54±3.23)和工作满意度总均分(5.06±0.64)均高于对照组的(78.76±6.14)和(3.03±0.22),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :积极心理学为基础的团体心理干预能提高低年资护士的主观幸福感和工作满意度。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the application effects of group psychological intervention guided by positive psychology concepts to improve the subjective well-being and job satisfaction of nurses of lower seniority. Methods: The psychological intervention group was set up, the four stages of training plan were formulated and positive psychology-based group psychological intervention program was implemented during the whole activity period. Before and after the intervention, the two groups of nurses were assessed using the overall well-being scale and nurses’ job satisfaction measure Table for investigation. Results: The total score of subjective well-being (90.54 ± 3.23) and job satisfaction (5.06 ± 0.64) in the intervention group after intervention were significantly higher than those in the control group (78.76 ± 6.14) and (3.03 ± 0.22), respectively Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: Positive psychology-based group psychological intervention can improve the subjective well-being and job satisfaction of nurses with lower seniority.
