“中南、西南省(区)党校第二次科研协作会议”于1991年11月7日至13日在四川省委党校召开。出席会议的有中南、西南各省、自治区、计划单列市和特区党校的马列主义研究所、科研处负责人共31人。 会议认真研究了科研管理的有关问题。与会代表一致认为,要搞好党校科研,必须建立一个高效的科研管理机构和一整套规范的科研管理制度。当前,要抓好以下几项工作:
“Central South, Southwest (District) Party School second scientific research collaboration meeting” in November 7, 1991 to 13 held in Sichuan Provincial Party School. A total of 31 people attended the meeting, including the Marxism-Leninism Research Institute and the Scientific Research Office of Central South and Southwest Provinces, autonomous regions, cities specifically designated in the state plan and the Party schools in the SAR. The meeting seriously studied the scientific research management issues. Participants agreed that to do a good job in party school research, we must establish an efficient scientific research management institutions and a set of norms of scientific research management system.
