介绍了浦江体育中心体育场预应力张弦罩棚(最大悬挑约30m)工程的基本概况、结构的平面布置、索桁架的结构形式以及整体经济性指标。对索桁架体系,分别进行了平面内的线性受力分析以及几何非线性分析,总结了多种荷载工况下的索桁架受力特性。对线性与非线性分析结果进行比对,发现此类结构为半刚性结构,应当采用几何非线性的分析方法。设计过程中确定了索桁架上下弦拉索初始张拉力的基本原则与技术要点;着重研究了支撑索桁架体系的外围混凝土柱的受力特点。单独推导了作为索桁架平面外支撑的环拱的等效轴压刚度的计算公式,以及确定环拱截面的设计方法。
This paper introduces the basic general situation of the construction of the prestressed Zhang Xian shed (maximum cantilever about 30m) in Pujiang Sports Center Stadium, the plane layout of the structure, the structural form of cable trusses and the overall economic index. For cable trusses system, in-plane linear force analysis and geometric nonlinear analysis are respectively carried out, and the stress characteristics of cable trusses under various load conditions are summarized. The linear and non-linear analysis results are compared and found that such structures are semi-rigid structures, geometric nonlinear analysis methods should be used. During the design process, the basic principles and technical points of the initial tensile force of the cable truss up and down are determined. The stress characteristics of the external concrete column supporting the cable truss system are emphatically studied. The calculation formula of the equivalent axial compressive stiffness of the arch ring as the out-of-plane support of cable trusses and the design method of determining the arch section are derived separately.
