资产证券化是我国经济新常态背景下经济结构转型与经济驱动转换的必然需求,是深化金融改革背景下我国构建多层次资本市场的有效举措,是全球信用风险加速暴露背景下我国金融风险防范的重要工具,促进资产证券化工作的高效、稳健、可持续推进具有重要意义。基于我国基本国情,文章认为我国应该进一步完善法律法规来规范资产证券化工作的持续深化、推进部门联合监管强化资产证券化风险控制、加强对国内外机构投资者的引导与培育,以期促进我国资产证券化的健康、稳健、可持续发展。
Assets securitization is an inevitable requirement of economic structure transformation and economic drive transformation in the context of the new normalcy of our economy. It is also an effective measure to build a multi-level capital market in our country under the background of financial reform. It is also a measure to guard against financial risks in our country under the background of accelerating global credit risk exposure. Important tools to promote the efficient, steady and sustainable development of asset securitization is of great significance. Based on China’s basic national conditions, the article holds that our country should further improve laws and regulations to regulate the continuous deepening of asset securitization, promote joint supervision of sectoral departments to strengthen the risk control of securitization and strengthen the guidance and cultivation of institutional investors both at home and abroad, with a view to promoting China’s assets The healthy, steady and sustainable development of securitization.
